Greenwood Mennonite School

Since GMS first opened its doors on March 20, 1928, over 1,000 students have passed through those doors and have scattered to the uttermost parts of the world. Over 90 years later, GMS alumni can be found on five continents, 17 countries, one Canadian province, and 34 states. They come from very diverse social, economic, and religious backgrounds with virtually every Protestant denomination represented. Many have furthered their education and have become teachers, missionaries, professors, airline pilots, engineers, business men, doctors, aircraft mechanics, farmers, lawyers, nurses, artists, journalists, social workers, etc.
